Terms & Conditions

1.1. These Terms govern all online orders for furniture, lighting, décor, and related services made via www.creativeconcept.bg, the official online shop of ISF-Industrienadel EOOD, trading under the brand name Creative Concept Store.

1.2. For showroom purchases or bespoke B2B agreements, the company’s General Terms & Conditions apply. Where you order online, these Online Terms prevail in case of conflict.

2.1. The online shop offers only products that are available in stock or do not require customization. For all custom or made-to-order products, customers are welcome to visit our Creative Concept Store showroom at Okinawa Boutique Residence, Simeonovsko Shose, Sofia for personalized assistance.

2.2. Product details, finishes, dimensions, and lead times are described on each product page and/or in your order confirmation. Minor variations in tone or texture (especially with natural materials and fabric batches) are normal and not considered defects.

2.3. All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Delivery and assembly services, where applicable, are charged separately and shown at checkout or quoted before confirmation.

2.4. Stock availability is limited and may change quickly. Orders are confirmed only after availability is verified. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be notified promptly and offered a replacement product or a full refund.

2.5. ISF-Industrienadel EOOD may update product information, availability, and prices at any time. Once your order is confirmed, the agreed price will not be affected by later changes.

3.1. Orders can be placed directly through the online shop by adding products to your cart and submitting your contact details (name, phone number, and email). No customer account is required to complete the order.

3.2. Once your order is received, our team will contact you by phone or email to confirm product availability, delivery options, and payment details.

3.3. The contract is considered concluded only after the customer confirms the order by phone or email and agrees to proceed with the purchase.

3.4. Payment methods available are:

• Payment upon delivery (cash or POS terminal, where available)

• Bank transfer (details provided in the confirmation email)
   

3.5. Product availability and prices displayed on the website are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team. In case an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, the customer will be informed promptly and may choose a replacement product or request a full refund if any payment has already been made.

4.1. Accepted payment methods are:

• Payment upon delivery – by cash or POS terminal (where available).

• Bank transfer – using the payment details provided in your order confirmation email.
   

Payment upon collection from the showroom – by cash or card at the showroom location (Okinawa Boutique Residence, Simeonovsko Shose, Sofia).

4.2. For bank transfers, the order will be processed after the payment is received in full. Please include your order number or name as a reference when making the transfer.

4.3. For payment upon delivery or collection, the total amount must be paid in full before the goods are handed over to the customer.

4.4. All prices are final at the moment of confirmation and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4.5. ISF-Industrienadel EOOD reserves the right to decline or delay delivery or collection if payment has not been completed or verified.

4.6. For large or special orders, the company may require a partial advance payment before scheduling delivery or collection. Customers will be notified in advance if this applies.

5.1. Delivery options

Customers may choose between:

Collection from the showroom (Okinawa Boutique Residence, Simeonovsko Shose, Sofia).

Delivery to the specified address, arranged through our trusted transportation partner. Delivery can be to street level or directly into the accommodation, depending on access conditions (lift, number of floors, etc.). Delivery charges are calculated individually and communicated to the customer before confirmation.

 

5.2. Delivery times

For in-stock products located at the producer’s warehouse, delivery is typically within up to 30 days from the date of payment confirmation.

For custom-made products ordered on request, delivery is usually within up to 60 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

For products available in our shop or showroom, collection can be made immediately, once the items are prepared and ready for handover.

5.3. Delivery and assembly services
ISF-Industrienadel EOOD works with a reliable partner company to provide delivery and assembly services, including removal of packaging materials upon request. These services are optional and charged separately, based on the size and destination of the order, as well as the delivery conditions (floor level, lift availability, and access).

5.4. Access and delivery conditions
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery conditions (including entryways, elevators, or staircases). If the provided information about the delivery address or floor differs from actual conditions, additional costs may apply and will be payable on site.

5.5. Transfer of risk
Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer at the time of delivery or collection from the showroom.

5.6. Delays and force majeure
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (such as supplier delays, transport issues, or force majeure events). In such cases, ISF-Industrienadel EOOD will inform the customer and propose a revised delivery date.

 

5.7. Delivery responsibility
We always strive to ensure the safest and fastest delivery to our customers. For this reason, we kindly ask customers not to rush deliveries, as expedited handling may compromise safety and increase the risk of transportation-related damage.

6.1. Product warranty
All products sold by ISF-Industrienadel EOOD under the brand Creative Concept Store come with a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 2 years, and for some brands, up to 10 years, depending on the producer. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery or collection.

6.2. Scope of warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not cover:

​

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.

• Normal wear and tear, fabric fading, or changes in natural materials.

• Damage resulting from improper cleaning, handling, or exposure to unsuitable environments (moisture, heat, etc.).

• Minor deviations in colour, texture, or tone due to the use of natural or handmade materials.

 

Customers should always read and follow the care and installation instructions provided with their product. If such instructions are missing or unclear, customers may request them from us at any time at office@creativeconcept.bg.

6.3. Claims procedure
In the event of a defect, the customer must notify ISF-Industrienadel EOOD in writing at office@creativeconcept.bg, providing:

• Order number or invoice;

• Description of the defect and supporting photos;

• Contact details for arranging inspection or collection.

We will review the claim and, if accepted, repair or replace the product within a reasonable period, free of charge.

​

6.4. Returns and right of withdrawal
For online purchases, customers (consumers only, not businesses) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without stating a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing at office@creativeconcept.bg before the 14-day period expires.

Returned goods must be:

• In their original condition, unused, and undamaged;

• In original packaging (where possible);

• Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

6.5. Exceptions to returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

​

• Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer;

• Goods ordered specifically for the customer (made-to-order or custom configurations, even if only finish or fabric was customized);

• Items sold as final sale, display pieces, or discounted samples.

6.6. Refunds
Once the returned goods are inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

6.7. Return shipping costs
Return shipping and handling costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to ISF-Industrienadel EOOD or the manufacturer.

7.1. Data collection and purpose
When placing an order, submitting an inquiry, or subscribing to our newsletter, customers provide personal data such as name, phone number, email, and delivery address.
This data is collected and processed by ISF-Industrienadel EOOD, trading under the brand Creative Concept Store, solely for the purpose of:

Processing and delivering orders;

Communicating with customers regarding their purchases or inquiries;

Issuing invoices and maintaining accounting records as required by law;

Providing after-sales support and warranty service;

Sending marketing or promotional information (only with the customer’s explicit consent).

7.2. Data security
We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse. Personal information is stored securely and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

7.3. Third-party access
Customer data may be shared only with third parties directly involved in order processing — such as courier companies, logistics providers, payment processors, or manufacturers — and only to the extent necessary for the execution of the order. These partners are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality and security of your data.

7.4. Data retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by applicable legislation (for example, accounting and tax records).

7.5. Customer rights
In accordance with GDPR, customers have the right to:

• Access their personal data and request a copy;

• Request correction, restriction, or deletion of their personal data;

• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time;

• File a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) if they believe their rights have been violated.

8.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all online purchases made through www.creativeconcept.bg, operated by ISF-Industrienadel EOOD, trading under the brand Creative Concept Store.

8.2. ISF-Industrienadel EOOD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the website and take effect upon publication. The applicable version is the one valid at the time of the customer’s order.

8.3. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be resolved in good faith. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court under Bulgarian law.

8.4. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8.5. For all matters not expressly covered in these Terms, the relevant provisions of Bulgarian and EU consumer protection and e-commerce legislation shall apply.
