HOW TO CARE FOR MY PRODUCT
Cosima is made a great soft comfortable sofa by using loose feathers on top of a thick layer of cold foam. These loose filling are held in place by sewing the interlining in canals. This top filling is very soft and it can be moved around by sitting in the sofa and it can change shape over time. In order to maintain the sofa it is important that you fluff the sofa regularly but it is still not possible to keep the shape. Cosima will be more rounded in shape over time and the seams will follow this more organic shape, due to the soft comfortable filling. This is not seen as a defect but just normal wear and soft look of the sofa. Leather sofas do not have removable cover.
Regular Care
Vacuum gently with a textile nozzle and low suction to remove dust and debris.
Brush lightly with a soft fabric brush to maintain the fabric’s natural loops and texture.
Rotate and flip cushions regularly for even wear.
Stain & Spill Care
Act immediately. Blot spills gently with a clean, dry cloth — never rub.
For light stains, use a damp cloth and mild detergent (no bleach or harsh chemicals).
Always test on a hidden area before cleaning visible parts.
Let the fabric air dry naturally, then gently brush to restore its softness.
Extra Tips
Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Avoid sharp objects, pet claws, or jewelry that may pull loops.
For long-lasting protection, apply fabric impregnation 2–3 times per year.
